HOW TO PLACE THE ORDER?

  1. Add required items to cart by clicking on “Add to Cart”.
  2. Click on Cart Button and review your selection and click on “Checkout”.
  3. Enter Customer Details On the next page and select the payment method
    -For domestic Net banking, Card or UPI, select CcAvenue option
    -For direct transfer to bank or UPI select Direct bank transfer/UPI
    -For international payment methods select Paypal
  4. Click On “Continue to Payment” and complete the process on selected payment option.
  5. Order Confirmation will be shortly received.

WHAT DOES DIFFERENT ORDER STATUS MEAN?

1. Order On Hold: It means the order payment is not confirmed and order is on hold until payment is received. In case of manual payments by customer, order status will be changed in working hours of the shop.

2. Order Processing: All orders whose payment has been made goes in processing. It means the order is being executed. In case of manual payments order is changed from on-hold to processing in shop working hours.

3. Order Complete: When an order is complete, it is shipped and tracking details are updated, then the order becomes complete.

4. Order Cancelled: When a customer cancels a payment or informs us that they do not wish to complete the payment for their order, the order is marked as cancelled.
